Join Jamie Gooch at WT for a guided breathwork session followed by creating your own custom intention bracelet. Using specific breath patterns, you will be led to tap into your intuitive side to find an inspirational word that speaks to you during the breathwork. After, you will be guided to hand stamp your custom bracelet using your word, bringing your intention to life.
