Breathwork & Paint

Experience the release of using breathwork and art to calm the mind, body and spirit. 

Jamie Gooch will guide you through rounds of breathwork to settle the mind and prepare your creative side. Once in a relaxed state, she will guide you to use the art of painting to express the colors and visuals that came through during the breathwork. 

Our goal is to walk away feeling lighter after tapping into your inner child and playing with your creative side.
